EVE - Mining again

Our mining director has returned, and now we're getting regular ops going again. Pretty cool!

Just wanted to share this picture. :)

I'm in the big ship in the center, an Orca. This is a support ship for mining. I have two mining links running (the two military insignia-looking things); these give the miners in the fleet bonuses. Since I'm max-specced for these boosts, they are considerable. The ship can carry about 180k m^3 of ore, so I haul the stuff back to the local rented office in it.

It's not worth having this ship out unless we have enough miners for the boosts I give to make up for the mining ship I'm not piloting.
